Photo Walks
Bild Photo Walks give you the chance to explore NYC alongside the photo industry's top ambassadors. Get ready to learn new techniques and helpful tips while capturing memorable photographs along the way! No pre-registration is required.
Guided by the industry's top ambassadors, Bild Photo Walks offer a unique opportunity to enhance your photography skills in a real-world setting while learning how to maximize the use of your camera.
But Bild Photo Walks aren't just about capturing captivating images; they are also about experiencing and interpreting the world around you through the lens.
Portfolio Reviews & Focus Round Tables
11am – 4pm | North Hall 4th Floor, Room 409
Receive personalized feedback during one-on-one, 15-minute review sessions where experts will critique your photographic work and project ideas. Whether you have prints or prefer to present digitally on a tablet, our professionals are ready to provide valuable insights that will help you identify your strengths and opportunities for improvement. We are also offering monitor calibration for your laptop to make sure your colors are accurate for your review.

Kodak Experience
11am – 4pm | North Hall 4th Floor, Room 408
We are excited to welcome back the Kodak Experience Room at Bild Expo, where you can learn more about how you can use 8mm and 16mm film to tell your story. Sessions will include General Film Workflow, Super 8 Movie Walk, and 16mm Film Loading Workshops, which will cover all the steps for shooting on 16mm film, from selecting and ordering film stock to loading ARRI 16mm cameras. We are also thrilled to have one of the most renowned contemporary cinematographers in the world, four-time Oscar nominee and ASC Winner for Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography, Ed Lachman, ASC, join us on the Filmmaking Stage at 5pm on June 17.

Photo Lighting Experience Room
9am – 6pm | North Hall 4th Floor, Room 410
The Photo Lighting Experience offers hourly educational sessions with top lighting experts.. Multiple photo bays will be set up for instruction purposes with the latest and greatest light shaping tools. You'll learn different techniques for better understanding of both flash strobes and continuous light. Instructors will direct models in a variety of photographic themes including:

Audio Experience
9am – 6pm | North Hall 4th Floor, Room 403
Visit our Audio Experience to see and hear the best microphones for studio, location sound, podcasting, and content creation, along with essential gear to assist with your pro audio recordings at home and out in the field.
There will also be visual setups with our audio equipment for all to experience, such as the Podcast Living Room setup, a setup for Content Creators and one for Music Producers. All worthy of great photography and video content! From podcast recommendations to top-notch voiceover microphones, help picking a great wireless mic for your mobile phone or camera or plug-in recs for your home studio, we’ve got you covered. What’s more, we’ll have some well-trained, friendly staff to answer all your audio questions. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to expand and improve your sound.

Disco Experience

Get ready to step back in time—and into the spotlight—at Bild Expo 2025’s Disco Experience. This fully styled set inside the B&H Village on the Expo floor is decked-out with retro mystique thanks to disco balls, funky music, and dazzling lights -creating the perfect vibe for capturing standout photos and video clips. Whether you’re a content creator, photographer, videographer, DJ, audio engineer, lighting technician, or just want to light up your feed, this experience is for you.

Video Camera Shoot-Out

Bild Expo’s Video Camera Shoot-Out offers a direct, side-by-side comparison of the leading Professional and Prosumer cameras available on the market today. In a controlled, professionally-lit environment, each camera captures the same dynamic scene—a boxer and his trainer preparing for a fight—allowing attendees to evaluate image quality, color rendition, dynamic range, and overall performance under identical conditions. This immersive experience is designed to provide industry professionals with a clear, real-world perspective on how top-tier camera systems perform head-to-head.
